[K12OSN] Firefox Crash at Print Update

I have removed all firefox, java/j2re, and mozilla related rpms (and left 
over /usr/lib/mozilla and firefox dirs) and then installed the firefox 
tar.gz 1.0 form mozilla.org.   Users still crash it at print requests BUT 
root can print fine now...

I wonder if this means that I'm closer to getting this baby back to normal?  
I may have included Dag sources for grabbing some of his stuff and done an 
update before removing them...  Please don't flame me!  Ideas are welcome...
