Is there a way in a stock K12LTSP install to manage the times of  day 
that a particular user can log onto the system?  Say Bill can be logged 
on from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and is logged off after that?  Better yet, 
is there a way to set a time quota per day?  Say, Jane can use any 
terminal she wants for 3 hours per day, but not necessarily 
concurrently  After her 3-hour quota is used she can't log in again 
until the next day.  I've seen this type of granular management in the 
Windows world.  Does it exist in Linux?  Thanks in advance.
