[K12OSN] Client boot problem

I've setup our server to run dhcp off of port 67.  When a client boots
using PXE it starts to connect to the server, but then locks up with
the error message:

Running dhcpcd on port 67
ERROR!  No root-path.  Check your DCP configuration, to make sure that
the 'option root-path' is specified

Kernel panic:  Attempted to kill init"
<3>e100:  eth0 NIC link is Up 100 Mbps Full duplex

The caps lock and scroll lock lights flash on the keyboard as this happens.
