[K12OSN] Way to block spyware with content filter?

Here are a few of the lists I found that could possibly work.

I'm not sure how it would be for other filters, but my squidguard
local-block list is just a plain ole' text file, which means I can
take any list and just dump it in there and the problem is solved. Or
i can even make a new catagory called "spywaresucks" and dump them in
there, that way if there is a problem I can just disable the whole
catagory and still have a managable local-block list.
