[K12OSN] dhcpd and tftp

My DSL modem from Sprint (New Jersey) has its own IP
address, but I had to get rid of that feature in order
to use it w/ my router.  The router was interpreting
certain legitimate traffic from the DSL modem as a
d.o.s. attack.
