You might be onto something with disableing the images in dansguardian.  Our school is a residential treatment center for youth sex offenders (boys).  We do watch them very closely, but it doesn't seem to be enough.  Its not that they have been able to get into anything they shouldn't, but they ocassionally try.  We need to discourage them from even doin this.  I thought a text only web browser would be a good solution.
