Are you using the symbiont workstation manager?  I just installed that
and I am having flash hang in Firefox.  Symbiont replaces lts.conf but
it does make a backup called lts.conf.symbiont.save.0.  I don't know
if it's connected but flash worked before I installed symbiont.
