[K12OSN] Howto setup server with 3 Nics?

I was thinking of doing a similar thing (on a machine with two GBE 
ports and one 100Mbit Ethernet port.  (The lab on one of the Gig port, 
the classroom machines on the other, and the outside world on the 
100Mbit.) Is there a list of things that need to be modified?
