Here are a couple of things to check:
1) what do the logs say?
/var/log/messages
/var/log/secure
/var/log/audit/audit.log
2) is this a default install with eth0 at 192.168.0.254?
3) is /opt/ltsp/i386 exported via NFS?
# exportfs
/opt/ltsp/i386 192.168.0.0/255.255.255.0
(and other similar lines)
4) try running this command and see if the problem goes away:
# echo 0 > /selinux/enforce
-Eric
