[K12OSN] default desktop config

asfaar ass oo 2 is concerned i take one user default them to .doc
format..specify the default save folder then write a litttle script that
pulls a dir of /home and > to a file
then cat file|whoile read user do
cp .oofilder /homme/$user
dhown 
chmod 
done
that sems to work
