[K12OSN] KVM and Fedora Mouse Issue

Not sure if this is relevant or not, but a colleague of mine has a four-port Belkin KVM, 
with a Windows box and a Linux box plugged into it.  Whenever he switches to the Linux 
box, he has to physically unplug the mouse from the KVM and plug it back in or the mouse 
doesn't work.
