[K12OSN] ? pre1 and EL

Jim,

There are two distos that Eric is building k12 on.

EL is for Centos / Redhat Enterprise Linux based

K12LTSP version numbers which don't include the EL are Fedora Based.
pre = somewhere between Beta builds and the final newest release.
