[K12OSN] how to change server name?

Can anybody tell me what is the proper way to change
the name of the server?  Mine is currently called
"server", and I'd like to change it to something a
little more unique now that it is getting put into a
network with many other machines.

I believe /etc/hosts needs to be edited, but I think
there's another file somewhere that I have to edit,
too.  Or maybe there's a GUI tool to do the job...
