Among the Linux developer glitterati, vnc2swf
(http://www.unixuser.org/~euske/vnc2swf/) seems to be all the rage for
doing demos (http://nat.org/demos/).

It records a vnc session to a Flash file, though I understand there are
some limitations on the length of time that may be recorded.
