[K12OSN] which xserver to use?

Looks like the chip says:

ATMEL
AT27C512R
12JC
9743

In case it matters, it also had a sticker on top of
all of this information that says:
34_85

I'd really appreciate it if somebody could help me out
here.  I'm not very informed on this x-server stuff.
