[K12OSN] regfile for redirect of My Documents

The personal thing may not work if there isn't already a My Documents 
folder in their P: drive.

Try it with just P:\ so it don't have to find the non-existent folder.
Works for me. . .

It won't matter if there is a My Documents folder in their P: drive or not 
since it becomes "My Documents" anyway.
