[K12OSN] Filtering anyone?

I echo Joe's sentiments.  There are several schools here in Illinois that are
using IPCop with Cop+ (Dan's Guardian).  It works well and is easy to manage.  I
use it in 5 schools in our district.

We used to use SME with squidguard and it worked well for us, but IPCop is much
better.
