[K12OSN] failure to mount Netware volume

Sorry I guess that wasn't very clear.
The /usr/sbin/ncpmount program needs to be suid so try chmod 700 
/usr/sbin/ncpmount same for ncpunmount
or chmod u+s,og-rwx /usr/sbin/ncpmount
