[K12OSN] smbldap changing password

Just letting you know that the only way to reliably change both passwords
for now is in Windows, but....I am working on the Linux method.  I
submitted some proposed access control stuff and some LDIF changes to Matt
for his review.  As soon as he looks at it...I'll release them to the
general group to test.
