[K12OSN] is there a UPS known to work with K12LTSP?

Hi everyone,

There are some UPS (uninterruptible power supply)
units available that, when connected to a Windows PC
(whether via USB or serial port), can instruct that PC
to shutdown when there is a power outage.

Does anyone know of a UPS that can do this with a
computer running K12LTSP 4.2?  Any help would be
greatly appreciated.
