[K12OSN] question on digests

To Whom It May Concern:

First, I recently joined the list and am quite impressed by it - thanks 
for having this available!

I am on under the digest feature currently.  Would there happen to be a 
way to get only one digest a day?  It seems I am getting one every few 
hours now.  That isn't a big problem, but if there is an easy way to 
address it, please let me know.
