[K12OSN] best browser for LTSP environment

I've read in recent posts on this list that Mozilla /
Firefox are good candidates for local apps because
they do not share libraries well between users. 
OpenOffice was cited as an application that benefits
from shared libraries in an LTSP setup. 

My question is:  Is there a web browser that is more
tuned for use in an LTSP environment?  And while I'm
at it, I might as well ask for a recommendation for an
email client that "shares nicely" in LTSP.
