[K12OSN] Network problems.

Dan,
 what kind of switches do you have? Brand name and model. Managed or 
unmanaged? Your wire? Cat3,5,5e,6? I've had the same problems before. My 
best theory, for my problem, is the wiring in the building. It was run 
any ole way, exceeding 300', running over many florecent lights, etc...
