[K12OSN] Trouble logging into the wiki

I have some content to add to the wiki and when I try to log in I get: 
 
PHP Warnings 
lib/WikiUserNew.php:2009: Warning[512]: Unable to connect to IMAP server
localhost:143/imap/notls 
 
Is this a security feature or does this mean the wiki isn't accepting
logins now?
