Hi Jay,
The sunsite.utk.edu finished syncing just a little while ago. Just to
make sure you have the latest version of everything, could you please do
another "yum update" ?
You should have ltsp_ppc version 4.0.0.k12ltsp.2.4.2 installed:
$ rpm -q ltsp_ppc
ltsp_ppc-4.0.0-0.k12ltsp.2.4.2
The error "Can't open config file" is pretty suspicious. Double-check
that yaboot.conf exists:
$ ls -l /tftpboot/yaboot.conf
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 319 Mar 13 05:21 /tftpboot/yaboot.conf
$ cat /tftpboot/yaboot.conf
#device=enet:
#partition=0
#you probably have to change initrd and image path to image=/vmlinuz-->
initrd=/initrd--->
timeout=10
init-message="Lumensoftware Terminal Server"
default=linux
image=/lts/vmlinux-ppc-2.4.22-ltsp-1
label=linux
initrd=/lts/initrd-ppc-2.4.22-ltsp-1
append="init=/linuxrc rw root=/dev/ram0"
