[K12OSN] OOo 1.1.4 upgrade issue

FYI, in the soon-to-be-released OOo 2.0, there is no sversionrc file. 
See http://marketing.openoffice.org/2.0/featureguide.html for details. 
Pre-releases (1.9.x) are available.  I've installed it on a few Windows 
machines, but haven't tried an upgrade yet.
