[K12OSN] Finished program to execute programs on user's desktops

I've got a finished program to execute programs on another user's
display (and it runs it as the targeted user to boot).  No xhost  +
needed!  All using xauth!!! Weeeee!

I don't recommend running it under SUDO at the moment.  I have a feeling
there are ways a user can execute an arbitrary command as root and get a
shell of their own.  Any help plugging or testing for those holes would
be appreciated!
