[K12OSN] k12osn & firewalling

Claudio,

I just checked and I have my settings like you say
here, except that for the last one I have the source =
LAN and destination = firewall.  I'm not an expert, so
I can't say 100% sure that this is correct, but I can
say that ltsp works on my system.
