[K12OSN] Clearing the server memmory

[M.Pribik]

During several days of server running I found out
that some processes are staying in memmory, they belong
to the root or to the real users that is not lodged on any more. 
Those processes are taking memmory uselessly. 
Does anybody know how to find out what processes are really needless /mainly from root/
and how safely remove them from the memmory?
