[K12OSN] accelerated reader

I think the best hope for AR is to go with the online (Renaissance Place)
version.  There are still hurdles, but it is more promising than the alternative. 

We run RP and, though we are not running it on any Linux terminals now because
our middle school media specialist does not want AR in the library, we are VERY
happy with it.

It is browser based and is supposed to work with Netscape.  I could not get it
to work with Firefox in Sept - either Windows or Linux.  I hope they have fixed
that now.
