Done and done.

The first has been incorporated for quite some time now.
Edit /etc/sysconfig/icewm and set ICEWM_USE_SESSION=no to
prevent icewmbg from running.

I have icewm 1.2.20 in my 4.2.1 build (the same as in the 4.2.0
updates repository). That is the latest available version of IceWM.
