[K12OSN] squidGuard blacklist additions

The FAQ on k12ltsp.org says to use

for squidGuard blacklist contributions. Is this still a good place to 
make blacklist contributions?

While I don't remember all that we have contributed at that site a 
couple that I do remember from in the last couple months that we've 
found students getting to have not made it into the blacklists yet.

I've checked and it looks like the blacklists are being updated every 
morning at 5am like they're supposed to but a quick grep shows the above 
two url's only in our local-block area.

It would still be nice to get these to the "master" blacklists.
