[K12OSN] apt dist-upgrade problems

As an innocent bystander... below is the command you ran:

(Quoted from your original post)
[root at local ~]# apt-get dist-upgrade -f

And the command that was suggested in your output is:
apt-get -f install

Just as in life, even moreso in *nix commands... words(wording) are
critical. ;^ )
