Most any APC unit should be able to do this - especially
the Smart-UPS units.

K12LTSP/Fedora has an application (nut) that's supposed to
do this, but I've had better luck with "apcupsd"
(http://www2.apcupsd.com). You can get Fedora-compatible
RPMS, so no compiling is required.
