Etherboot to (2) Hard Disk: http://etherboot.anadex.de/  It's what I used to set up my 5-station test lab.  I downloaded the floppy image, then used Nero to burn a bootable CD of it.  Then I booted each system twice (as per the linked document) and had a 5MB partition on each station's ~3GB 5400 rpm drive that starts the net-boot.  I hope to enable local swap in the other 2.9GB at some point in the future.
