[K12OSN] smbldap - Can't delete user (again)

1. The system says jay is there but I can't delete him.
previously I had deleted his user name and recreate it again.
When I tried to login I got about 10 error message windows.

Any idea what is happening?

[root at k12ltsp ~]# id jay
uid=1141(jay) gid=525(students) groups=525(students)
[root at k12ltsp ~]# /opt/IDEALX/sbin/smbldap-userdel -r jay
/opt/IDEALX/sbin/smbldap-userdel: user jay does not exist

There are also problems with case. 
e.g. I couldn't logon with jay user name.
 I did #id jay 
no user found
Then I did 
#id Jay
it gave user info
then I did
#id jay
again
this time it gave the info.
I was able to login with jay.
