[K12OSN] First test packages for SchoolBell

Just installed it on a FC1 (k12 4.0.1-1), but it nees puthon 2.3 (I've
got 2.2.3) Is there an easy way to get it upgraded?

I'm stuck with FC1 at the moment, as I've not been able to get FC2 nor
FC3 to run on my Via Eden board.
