We use DansGuardian on an IPCop machine. If you can, use a separate box and
install IPCop (http://www.ipcop.org) Install the Addonz module and then install
Cop+ and CopFilter. Dansguardian is in the Cop+ module. This will give you the
filtering you need PLUS intrusion detection, Spam Filtering, Virus filtering,
and more. And the price is right..... :)

Network <----> K12LTSP <----> IPCOP <---------->Internet

Mansy, many K-12 schools around here are set up this way with DansGuardian on IPCop.
