[K12OSN] 4.2.1 release strategy

Eric,
Last night I figured out that I had a newer version of wireless-tools
than what is the official release. So I ran rpm -e wireless-tools to
remove that package.
Then I used yum to install the current release. The update to 4.2.1 ran
fine after that.
