[K12OSN] Linux version of Hyperterminal

Isn't it just terminal software?

There is minicom. . .

But if the computers are already connected with IP, they should be able to 
telnet to the routers just the same. . .

(I know telnet is old and insecure, but I figured if students were going 
to be connecting to them, then it was for a class, and those routers would 
not be connected to the world. . .)

But if you are connecting them by a serial cable, minicom should work and 
it comes with most linux distributions.
