for what it is worth, websites designed like that are not considered ADA
(Americans With Disabilities Act) Compliant since they cannot be view or
read with a text browser.   While a church would most likely be exempt
from the law is certainly would be an indication of "exclusion" and not
the kind of impression most churches would probably want to project.

so even if they remain with M$ the designer should either learn how to use
CSS in frontpage.  or use a web design system that will work in ALL
browsers especially text browsers. which are required for many of the
adaptive computer systems to function correctly..
