One of the articles I read had a classic comment by the MS spokesman:
he said that the study was skewed because there was a volunteer who
helped with the Open Source stuff.

1.  Yea, that's a part of Open Source.  Thanks for pointing it out!

2.  Like no parents have ever had to volunteer to help with MS stuff?
