Here is the guide that I followed and now have my clients Authenticating to a Win 2003 Server as well as saving to there own home folder on a Win 2003 server. http://math.univ-lille1.fr/~hafidi/terminal-services/ I think it should be added to K12LTSP documentation or wiki if the author would allow it.
