[K12OSN] OT: Smoothwall and Dansguardian

Which account actually runs the Dansguardian script? Have you given
that account write permissions to that file?

Run the following command to check and see if actually is running

ps aux |grep -i dans

If it's not running, then how about giving rw perms to all users with
regards to that file initially, and seeing where it fails.
