[K12OSN] Specific Needs Distro Help?

I agree with Brian in separating the duties.  I would use your old box 
and use IPCop with Cop+ (which includes Dans Guardian) then have your 
email server and web server behind that on a separate box. We have a 
similart setup here with about 600 computers behind the IPCop machine.
