[K12OSN] Intel 1000 MT Quad NIC

Dan,
I do not have quad nics, but I do know that the intel 1000mt does work 
with, I believe, 4.0.1 or better. I tried earlier versions and ended up 
with kernel panics. I didn't have time to see if it was a simple issue 
or not. New version came out and fixed the issue.
