[K12OSN] Freezing/Pausing Student Programs in Mid-Use

Shouldn't this be fairly easy to integrate into TeacherTool?  Highlight
a name on the left, click button on the right for stop/start user?  If
TeacherTool were to be revamped into a more sophisticated gui maybe a
select all or ctrl select certain names on the left in conjunction with
the new start/stop button could be very usefull.

What happened to the TeacherTool guy?  I remember him popping up a few
months ago and suggesting that he would revamp things and add new
features.
