[K12OSN] smbldap-installer and Ubuntu, EdUbuntu

Shahms had mentioned to both Matt and I at one point about writing the
"authconfig" for Debian (Ubuntu).  Matt has a curses based one right now,
but it'd be nice to have something a little more user and newbie friendly
for joining Debian based machines to an LDAP domain.
