[K12OSN] FYI: new k12linux.mesd.k12.or.us server

FYI, I moved k12linux.mesd.k12.or.us to a shiny new server today.

The transition from the old server to the new should be transparent. But
just to be on the safe side, if you have troubles with yum/apt/up2date
and/or downloading ISOs via ftp/http/rsync, please drop me an email.
