You might also want to keep your eye on the upcoming Edubuntu. The
reason I suggest this is because, traditionally, the Ubuntu project has
released live CD's. My guess is that Edubuntu may be similar; we of
course don't know for sure yet because the final release hasn't yet
arrived.
